#poorcustomerservice horrendous upgrade experience via EE BT - twice I’ve gone through a 45 minute screen sharing process. The first time they didn’t process my details, second time phone was sent out. Then DPD lied about delivering the handset so now doing it a third time

#poorcustomerservice cont. Customer advisor #3 has no paper trail of the email they sent me on 30/10/24 with my plan offer of £58 and now are trying to charge me £67 p/m one week later EE why don’t your systems talk to each other? #techfail due to BT merger?

Problem identified! Lightico tech isn’t working hence no contracts looping error. EE BT why are you using this company to deliver such a poor service? Why have they received $15m investment if the software doesn’t work?
