High load = 4 x 4 reps at ≥85% 1RM vs. Moderate load = 3 x 8-12 reps at ∼70-80% 1RM vs. Low load = 4 x 6-7 reps at 40% 1RM High and moderate loads were more effective than low loads for improving maximal and explosive strength journals.lww.com/acsm-msse/abst…
