In light of the G7 conference, we wanted to amplify notable figures and their takes on Global Debt Relief. Here’s a Thread:

Over 3.3 billion people live in countries where debt payments outweigh spending on healthcare, education, or infrastructure. That means fewer schools, fewer hospitals and weak public systems. These  consequences fuel pandemics, political instability and supply chain disruptions.

Just as Madeleine Albright paved the path as the first female Secretary of State, we must reimagine what debt forgiveness looks like. Sign the petition to urge leaders at the G7 for a comprehensive rework of the debt financing system. jubileeusa.org/act_now
