I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be joining the Department of Chemistry at Columbia University in July 2022 as an Assistant Professor! Columbia Chemistry Columbia University So thankful to all my mentors, colleagues, friends and family for helping me realize this dream.
Excited to share our preprint ChemRxiv on the structure-reactivity relationships of Buchwald-type phosphines in Ni catalysis! Princeton Chemistry UCLA Chem & Biochem doi.org/10.26434/chemr…
Now out in J. Am. Chem. Soc., we report findings into the structure–reactivity relationships of Buchwald ligands in Nickel catalysis, with well-defined Ni(0), Ni(I), and NI(II) complexes (several of which are excellent precatalysts)! UCLA Chem & Biochem Princeton Chemistry pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
Now ChemRxiv: join me and Sam Newman-Stonebraker on our search for nickel(I) complexes! UCLA Chem & Biochem doi.org/10.26434/chemr…
Now in its final form J. Am. Chem. Soc.! We report the synthesis and structural characterization of over 20 new Nickel(I) complexes and investigate their speciation and reactivity. Big shout out to Judah Raab, Hootan, and Abby! Princeton Chemistry UCLA Chem & Biochem. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
Thrilled to share my first paper—out now in J. Am. Chem. Soc.! We study a trove of new Ni(I) complexes, including (dtbbpy)Ni(I) monomers that react with aryl chlorides. Many thanks to Sam Newman-Stonebraker, Abby, and Hootan for all their work on this project! UCLA Chem & Biochem pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
Excited to share another story co-authored with Sam Newman-Stonebraker, out now in Organometallics! We follow a deactivation pathway of CyJohnPhos-bound Ni(0) species—resulting in C–P bond cleavage of CyJohnPhos. UCLA Chem & Biochem pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
