South Carolina defeats North Florida, 3-0, and advances to Sunday’s regional championship. The Gamecocks are one win away from hosting their first Super Regional. They’ll face the winner of North Florida vs. Elon/Virginia at 1 p.m.

South Carolina closes it out in five innings, scoring six in the bottom of the fifth for the run-rule victory. The Gamecocks are the Columbia Regional champions. They’ll host the Columbia Super Regional (for the first time ever!) next weekend.
