I particularly like the learning problem we study in this work: Given a target time series, find a set of rules so that in any point in time the number of covered examples correlates with the target.

It's now official: I am not longer a machine learner. The only subject area in this year's ICML Conference that fits my expertise is "MISC: Supervised Learning". Es war sehr schön, es hat mich sehr gefreut... :-)
