We evolved to endure hunger, not abundance. To move all day, not sit all day. To connect deeply, not scroll endlessly. To eat food from the earth, not from a factory. Modern illness is not a mystery, it’s a mismatch.

Belties might just be the most functionally effective breed in Britain This year’s calving: 100% unassisted births 100% live/healthy calves 100% good mothers 0 meds/drugs 0 bought feed 0 housed 0 losses It’s been like this pretty much every year - they are awesome cattle

According to Vegan Society figure sits even lower, at 1.5%. Most people give up between 18 months and 3 years into the vegan experiment, often because they hit a health problem.

The 18-34 year-old age group are increasing their meat consumption. See below. Of this group 60% are male and 40% female. The women are motivated by hormonal health, iron and B vitamins as well as protein. The biggest driver is health & nutrition. There's no shortage of doctors

No government or NGO will halt or reverse this trend (they tried their very best). Now think about what this means, for example, when it comes to regulation of farming and livestock, or energy consumption.

Somebody could make a fortune if they started selling brisket in London. These British kids are trying it for the first time. “My mouth is mesmerized.”

I posted on July 2nd about our consumer research which found about 16% of people increasing their meat consumption. Below is a reminder of some of the research we did back in January/February which shows how much the young are leading this change.

Julian Mellentin My Oldest Gen z moved into a dorm last year and first he revelled in being able to drink as much coke as he wanted, without me interfering - but he has now given up on all soda completely, and after he came home on holiday has been 90% meat.

Japanese diets becoming even healthier! Price rises reducing rice consumption and: "The recent trend is to limit carbohydrates and consume more protein. Yogurt is chosen as an easily accessible source of protein."

Habitat habitat habitat, the only thing that’s capable of managing this bog land so it’s fit for all the birds, invertebrates and insects to live in is a herd of cows, at the moment it’s like a jungle but they will get it back under control ready for wintering birds

A lot of the nutrition "science" that is so negative about red meat appears to have been created to make astrology look respectable. The way they collect dietary data would make a statistician weep.
