TECO Tampa Electric has not been to our property at all to fix damaged poles and lines. Apparently doesn’t care if they make the deadline tonight for all customers.

And now surely TECO Tampa Electric will say DM me for help but we did that this morning. NO PROGRESS. No ETA for power restoration. They really don’t care about the last 10,000 customers who need to have power restored in Hillsborough County.

Good news for feminist book history! A team led by JulieREnszer has built a dataset with metadata for all articles and issues of Feminist Bookstore News (FBN) from 1976 to 2000, published pen access at the Post45 Data Collective. data.post45.org/posts/feminist…

FBN was a crucial organ for the feminist bookstore movement, which flourished in the 1970s and 1980s, fighting for women's books against what they called the Literary Industrial Corporate Establishment (LICE), as told in Kristen Hogan's excellent book dukeupress.edu/the-feminist-b…

Among much else, FBN had informants in LICE who would feed information to circulate to the feminist and lesbian bookstores, helping them figure out how best to support marginalized literature.
