A resident told me she feels lost at times, unsure of whether she's in the right place since a recent bereavement. She's a night owl. She said she values her chats with staff, especially night staff. They banter, they listen, they make her feel 'its going to be ok' #carehomelife

What makes a difference to real people including all individuals, patients and recipients of care -as well as carers paid and unpaid- is real love, action and attention not endless bureaucratic pen pushing, plans and broken promises. Get a grip. #dementia
