The difference between interested & invested players shows in the summer. Interested players need perfect circumstances(too hot/cold, no music, too busy). Invested players just need a place to work & get better (gym, track, weight room) & they do. How do you use your off-season?!

Really proud of our summer Raiders! We set out this off-season to continue our journey of being a tough, hard-working team, that plays together. We finished the summer 17-3, playing in 2 college team camps & the Bluegrass Shootout (an NCAA showcase). #ProudCoach TRW ❤️🏴‍☠️🏀💪

Underrated skill for assistant coaches: Be low-maintenance, high-impact. Bring solutions, not problems. Be where your feet are. Handle your role like it’s the most important on staff. No ego. No drama. Just relentless value. Great assistants make the whole program better.
