The Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy held two cyber-focused evidence sessions yesterday. I'm only caught up on one of them, re: offensive cyber (looking forward to watching the ransomware one soon). The offensive cyber session is worth a watch for the thoughts of Andrew Dwyer & ᴛɪᴍ ꜱᴛᴇᴠᴇɴꜱ.
