It's delightful to witness the return of the horses to the Priory Meadows fields. While we anticipated that the 'spade in the ground' signalled the start of the Hull4Heroes Veterans Village, it appears there are differing opinions on the matter

When kitchen sponges like these break down, they release microplastics that end up in the sea – harming marine environments and the animals that live there. And they can't be recycled, so remain in landfill for 100s of years. For eco-friendly sponges see: bit.ly/42rwUOX

First, apologies for the short notice. We won't be able to host a meeting this week as planned. There are no new updates at this time. As you all know, we're still in the process of creating a business case to present to Hull City Council. That's our current status.

Additionally, we're managing our respective job commitments. We're planning to arrange a meeting around mid-February. I'd like to hear from those who were unable to attend our previous meetings at the usual time and location. What times and days' work best for you?

I'll provide feedback after the weekend to give everyone a chance to respond. For those who can't make the meetings but still want to contribute, feel free to send us a direct message via email or our social media channels.

There is going to be an opportunity for some community engagement planting some tree whips along the newly established SuDs behind Coventry Rd and Manor Rd. Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th February. This is working with Living with Water and Hull CC flood team.

We are assured that it isn't a very tricky task, if you would like to be involved then please contact us. Your help is greatly appreciated.
