Check out my blog about an experiment with loan officers in Turkey šŸ‘‡šŸ» We found that 35% of sampled officers were biased against female applicants, who received 7.5% lower loan amounts compared to men. Officers' job experience predicted degree of gender bias in loan decisions.

The World Bank is hiring a consultant to design measures of gender bias among loan officers, supervise data collection and analyze data. Candidate should have experience in survey & experiment design, strong Stata skills & familiarity w/ gender issues. Details attached.
