Today we remember Christina the Astonishing. She came back to her life at her funeral and flew up into the roof of the church because the smell of sin was unendurable. Thereafter she lived in an oven and sometimes a small pond.

Parents, before you send your child in next week, make sure they are familiar with the scent of your fabric softener. It’s a vital back to school skill. The smell test is the only way they identify their jumper from everyone else’s.

TAs work every second they are paid. Nothing more not a penny extra. I need to read about 30 EHCPs when do I do this? If you want the best for the young people we support then these things need consideration. I earn under the minimum wage let’s be realistic here.

Today’s KS2 maths reasoning paper is a failure at a national level, one which will serve only to put pupils off maths. There is nothing wrong with tough questions in maths. Mathematicians love the challenge of overcoming difficult problems. But that’s not the same thing at all

It is imperative that research is done, very quickly, about what is happening with children coming into schools. I'm not one for hyper bowling, but unless we find out the reasons for the number of children with such complex needs increasing like it is, we're headed for disaster.

We were delighted to host young actors from 22 schools across #Kent this week, as they performed Hamlet on our main stage! After 12 months of training from @rsc_learning and our team, the young people's hard work really paid off. 🌟 Congratulations everyone! 🌟
