Lieutenant Jesse Johnson drove up on this mess on northbound K-7 at Donahoo in the right lane. Busted asphalt & water across the roadway isn’t going to be a good mix very soon as this winter weather starts to move in! Please use caution as you drive through this area.

The Shawnee Police Department is investigating a crash on northbound K-7 near West 47th Street. Please avoid the area as the investigation continues.

🚧ROAD CLOSURE🚧 KS Highway Patrol is working a critical incident on EB I-70 near the I-670 split in Kansas City, Wyandotte County. I-70 is currently closed & traffic is being diverted onto I-670. The road will be closed for an unknown amount of time. Utilize alternate routes.

The KS Highway Patrol is seeking assistance from the public to identify witnesses involving a shooting that occurred at approximately 4:05 pm on May 11, 2025. This shooting occurred on southbound Interstate 35 in the area of 18th Street and Lamar Avenue in Wyandotte County.
