Such a great day visiting one of the @KIDScharity services near Hull - fantastic outdoor activities for disabled kids. I escaped joining CEO Katie Ghose in the water but couldn’t avoid some of the land based games.

Disabled kids were supported by Kids staff & volunteers - for some, just getting in the water was a challenge. For all, they were able to try new activities & basically have loads of fun.

Back on dry land with ⁦Kids⁩ colleagues including our wonderful trustee ⁦Olivia Marks-Woldman⁩ - what a golden day experiencing our summer holiday programme on the Humber River for disabled children and young people.

HULL IN STITCHES - Fundraiser for Hull Foodbank On 10th December, I also visited Kids Yorkshire & The Humber. Having used their sleep service to help address my youngest's sleeping issues, I knew of some of the things they do, but it was good to find out some more. 1/

1 week until the Hull in Stitches exhibition goes live! Looking forward to launch night, esp. seeing all the good people that I met on my travels again. Do join us if you can, or go & see the exhibition on 1 of the other days it's open. Lots of examples of hope in action!
