Randy Brink meant so much to everyone who knew him and he knew everybody. He was the spirit of Sacramento and I’ll miss him. Rest in peace Randy. You’ll always be a part of us.

Bill Russell set the example for how to win on and off the court. He was the ultimate winner and a trailblazer for all of us who came after. He’s passed on but his legacy will be forever. Rest In Peace.

There are few who have impacted the NBA in as many ways as Jerry West. On the court, he set the standard for elite guards. As a GM, he put together some of the most talented and successful teams of all time. Sad to say goodbye to a legend, the logo. Thoughts are with his family.

I remember that fear of driving into the paint, knowing that long wagging finger may be waving at you. Dikembe was intimidating on the court; off the court he had an oversize heart and a smile that lit up the world. His impact making the world a better place is his legacy. RIP.

10 years ago the Sacramento region rallied together to save the Kings. Now it’s Playing to Win 2.0. Dr. Luke Wood is the next generation of leader who will not put limits on what he thinks is possible for Sac State and Sacramento when we all work together.

Junior Bridgeman was a friend, a mentor, and a legend—not just in basketball and in his incredible business accomplishments, but in life. A devoted husband, father, and pillar of the community. His impact was immense, and he will be deeply missed.

Heartbroken to hear about the passing of my former teammate and friend, Oliver Miller. He was a rookie when we made our Finals run, and as a point guard, I always appreciated his incredible passing skills. My thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him.
