HISTORY MADE AS PRESIDENT RUTO ASSENTS TO THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITY ACT 2025 H.E. Pres. William Ruto signed into law the PWD Bill 2023, ushering in the PWD Act 2025. The Act ushers in the rights-based approach to disability & effective participation of PWDs in all spheres.
