Do you find tumor thrombus challenging ? Dr. Tzu-Fei Wang reporting that these patients are at high risk of recurrent thrombosis, bleeding and mortality independent of anticoagulation status (none, therapeutic or prophylactic). Future trials are needed!! #ISTH2024
