Texas doesn't have a hotline if you see a man go into an elementary school classroom with his AR-15, but it does have a hotline if you see a woman go into a Planned Parenthood parking lot with her car.

Yes! I was very surprised to find very little information regarding breast cancer risks in transgender and gender non conforming patients. So excited someone is trying to fix that. ASCO UC Davis Socially Responsible Surgery dailynews.ascopubs.org/do/10.1200/ADN…

Dear Cigna Healthcare my patient who is insured by you has been critically ill in the ICU for days and we have been on the phone for hours to get approval for lifesaving therapies to no avail. This is incredibly unethical and it is frustrating that you can get away with such behavior.

The ED Boarding crisis is so unbelievably demoralizing. I am burnt out and worse at all of my other duties. The ED is literally the worst place in the hospital for providers and patients and the c-suite UC San Francisco has done nothing meaningful to help.
