The first woman in science that we would like to highlight is Chelsea Kracht PhD!! The theme of her research is 24-hour movement behaviors (physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep) across the lifespan.

@felicia_steger 's research goal is to develop interventions featuring diet and/or physical activity to treat both acute and chronic conditions. She currently has funding to test the effectiveness of two intermittent fasting approaches to treat type 2 diabetes. KU Diabetes Institute
