Fabulous talk from Sonia Castillo, MD, FCCP on POCUS at #CHEST2021. Her first case involved a misplaced pacer wire across the LVOT and aortic valve. Her second illustrated the utility of lung US and saved a patient and unnecessary procedure!
Here’s 3rd year fellow, Chris Streiler Chris Streiler, MD, presenting his work involving community access to ILD MDD with a live oral presentation at #CHEST2021! Rural access to specialized care is especially important to him as he grew up in small town, Missouri.

Congrats to Arinzechukwu “Ari” Uzoechina! Ari has been a wonderful member of the UNMC Nephrology! He has developed strong interest in ICU nephrology and intensive care, and will be doing a critical care fellowship next year KU Pulmonary/ Critical Care Fellowship ! Great job Ari!
