One way is networking using existing groups such as the resident and fellow sections of ACR (and RSNA)...transition to YPS in ACR. #jacr

There are mentors in the AUR as well for trainees and faculty. #jacr

THere is no single solution but multiple ones. EMory assigns faculty mentors to both trainees and new faculty to 'onboard' them. #jacr

THe career transitions include moving into a part-time postiions and volunteering in your favorite organizations #jacr
