Exciting news! I was recently awarded a PGRP postdoc fellowship to develop Streptocarpus as a model system, and also I get to work with Joint Genome Institute to sequence Gesneriaceae genomes to help understand plant regeneration. Here is a Streptocarpus plant with its indeterminant cotyledon
