Earlier today, President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame received President Mamadi Doumbouya Président Mamadi Doumbouya of the Republic of Guinea and First Lady Lauriane Doumbouya at their farm in Kibugabuga. The President and First Lady are in Rwanda on a three-day visit.

President Kagame attended the inauguration ceremony of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema of Gabon, following his victory in the country’s April 12th elections. President Nguema was sworn in as Gabon’s fourth President.
