Recovering from #LowMorale experiences can feel isolating - even if we're glad we've left a #ToxicWorkplace. there are invisible scars & ruminations that stay with us for a while. What resonates with you? What would you add? Be sure to reshare so folks know they aren't alone.

As a reminder, *performing,* expecting, and normalizing agreeableness/civility while enacting, encouraging, & masterminding apathy, cruelty, and dehumanization is a fundamental behavior metric of white (body) supremacy.
