Hurlee, a 15 year old male Atlantic bottlenose dolphin at Discovery Cove, died on August 18th, 2025 from a skull fracture. Hurlee had arrived at the facility in early-mid July following the transfer of Sasha a week earlier. A cause for how he got the skull fracture is unknown.
