Nooo 😫 Adult spotted lanternfly sighting at our house. This is the first we’ve ever seen them in our area. If you see one, STOMP IT!! Seriously, that’s what you’re supposed to do - they’re super invasive and bad for plants and agriculture.

New Flash Flood Warning for parts of Fairfax, Arlington, DC and Montgomery county. ~ 2"+ of rain in the last 30 minutes, and the NWS Baltimore-Washington has received reports of water on roadways. @WUSA9

A Flood Watch has been hoisted for more of the DMV until midnight. Storms will be scattered, but with an abundance of moisture to work with, isolated flash flooding is certainly possible. @WUSA9
