Today, Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga , the First Deputy Prime Minister & Minister for East African Community Affairs, Uganda, welcomed Professor Pontiano Kaleebu, Director of UVRI & Head of Viral Pathogens, along with a team of scientists from UVRI, at the ministry office.
