There are no good reasons why Royal College of Physicians should not release all of this information and everything to do with the investigation. But they won't because they lack basic honesty and integrity.

A friend has been seeing a paediatrician for her kids in the US for >3 years I searched up that paediatrician today, turns out she’s a nurse practitioner with an online PhD 3 years of keeping up the facade of being a doctor, never correcting my friend when she referred to her

Royal College of Emergency Medicine It’s time for you to decide whether or not you’re still a medical speciality, and if you still are, why a medical degree isn’t necessary to work at a specialist medical level in your speciality.

So what is the point of the arduous College exams and PG training and nights oncall etc… if someone can do same job with a two year course and work experience 9-5 M-F? Makes a mockery of the postgraduate pathway and Colleges obsolete

Physician's Assistants continue to operate in the grey areas. They simply don't care if they confuse or mislead. The guidance is clear on introductions. "Physician's Assistant in General Practice" For the sake of patient safety and clarity why cling onto ambiguity?

The people in Gaza have shown you everything. The videos. The photos. The starving children. The mutilated bodies. The mass graves. They have translated their pain into every language. They screamed. They cried. They begged. And still ...nothing.

1/ The only way it makes any sense at all is if you have an alternative agenda for 1°care . One which involves fewer GPs, but increasing numbers of ANPs/PAs/Pharmacists/Paramedics & other ARRS roles. One based on taskification rather than continuity of care & holistic care.

9/ I nearly stopped. Because I was scared because I was tired. But others reminded me why we kept going. Because the patients mattered. Because silence had consequences. Because the people in power were not protecting us.

13/ They had seen the harm. They had raised concerns. But the system kept moving. And they didn’t know how to stop it. I realised that this wasn’t just failure it was inertia and exhaustion. And fear.

20/ If this thread made you feel something, replies are open. If you’ve checked in on someone, thank you. And if you’re hurting whether doctor, family or PA or anyone else I see you. I really do.

Every single word of this Parody RCGP - Not a Doctor or PA 🫡 I’ve fought as hard as most against the direction the associate project took but the The Leng review isn’t a victory It’s an admission of guilt from a broken system & it’s absolutely not to celebrated It’s to be learnt from (hopefully!!)

This is disturbing I hear there are PAs who are critical of Nash & his UMAPs.org.uk NEC who have supposedly infiltrated every PA group & silenced any PA voices critical of them🥺 They feel Nash doesn’t represent them, but has been given voice on national stage due to his“links” 1/n

There is no food. Gaza is starving. Gaza is being starved. One baby at a time. One child at a time. Organised famine. A crime of historic proportion. Supported by the European establishment. Downplayed for the Western audience.
