Shameless plug for UTSW Gastroenterology Fellowship to show my appreciation of their support in 3rd space endo. In addition to having me join cases w/ our current 3rd space faculty, last week we held our 2nd live pig lab of 2023. My ‘pt’ did great through 3 gastric ESDs, 2 esophageal ESDs, and a Z-POEM😃

14 years ago I came to UT Southwestern Medical Center as a medical student and today had the privilege of giving UT Southwestern Internal Medicine Grand Rounds. Kind of surreal giving a lecture to so many faculty that educated me at one point or another on a topic that I’ve been working on for the past 3+ years.
