Today, at GS Rose Mystica in Kamonyi District, MoS Gaspard Twagirayezu launched two USAID Rwanda projects namely : Tunoze Gusoma ( Schools and Systems) & Uburezi Iwacu ( Homes and Communities) to promote foundational literacy & numeracy skills among pupils, including those with disabilities
