An important message on burnout with U.S. Surgeon General

On a survey of all male surgeons I know, a vast majority of them have partners who work part time:don’t work (I know some who’s partners do, but majority don’t) Of female surgeons I know all their partners work full time Let’s think about what this means for women in surgery?
