As 1 of 2 nurses in the NY Assembly Majority, I was honored to sponsor the 2025 #NationalNursesWeek resolution! For years, fmr AM Aileen Gunther RN carried this reso, honoring the work + dedication of this vital profession in NY. May we continue to cherish my colleagues giving care!

✍🏽NEW BILL PASSED📑: Yesterday, the NY Assembly Majority passed my bill with Roxanne J. Persaud to expand the NYS Task Force on Human Trafficking! We must acknowledge the role that transit networks and vehicles play in moving and shuttling victims in NY, to better coordinate efforts.

🚨ATTN PARKCHESTER RESIDENTS🚨: Our office has been informed of a gas leak in the area, from contrustruction on the new Metro-North Railroad station. There is no reason for immediate alarm. Gas has been shutoff to the transfer station, leading to a temporary loss of hot water service.

We are in communication with Con Edison and expect this matter to be resolved shortly. Please call our office for more information at 718-931-2620.
