Exercise should ideally start before pregnancy. Adherence to exercise was poor in obese pregnant women, and Charlotte B. Ingul and Trine Moholdt found no effect of moderate intensity exercise on heart function. Poster presented at #EuroPrevent #EAPC_ESC
