AMAZING NEWS: A bill passed in NYC today. Tenants no longer have to pay brokers’ fees when the landlord hires the broker (the landlord will pay it). This is monumental. Some of those brokers were charging up to $20k!

Presentations in Disability Law today examined how illiteracy might be covered by the ADA, how sanism influences guardianship, the (missing) law of ESAs, accommodations available to incarcerated people, and an examination of inaccessible jury boxes here in Syracuse courtrooms.
