Women can see a male gynaecologist or request a female gynaecologist as best meets their care needs. It isn't transphobic. Also an intimate examination by a male gynaecologist would require a female chaperone to protect the pt and the Dr.

What do we do when a male says "i disagree that i am male" in court of law?

This really seems the crux of the matter. A male says he is not male in a court of law and that anyone who disagrees or doesn't want him in the female CR is transphobic and bigoted ...

Thing is, women don't know "his intention" thats what makes him a safeguarding risk.

Dr Upton disagrees he is male . Ask him why?

Excluding males from female CR doesn't imply males (regardless of presentation or identity)are all or predominantly predators ,it implies some are and we don't know which ones so we exclude them all for safeguarding reasons.Its not difficult.
