Women can see a male gynaecologist or request a female gynaecologist as best meets their care needs. It isn't transphobic. Also an intimate examination by a male gynaecologist would require a female chaperone to protect the pt and the Dr.
This really seems the crux of the matter.
A male says he is not male in a court of law and that anyone who disagrees or doesn't want him in the female CR is transphobic and bigoted ...
Excluding males from female CR doesn't imply males (regardless of presentation or identity)are all or predominantly predators ,it implies some are and we don't know which ones so we exclude them all for safeguarding reasons. Its not difficult.
@madisonW92 replied to this tweet saying ...They aren't men and its like talking to a toddler, then limited replies.
I wanted to say i didn't mention men.....
It's a shame Hannah limits replies because i wanted to ask if she is arguing that we shouldn't bother with societal rules/laws because some people will violate them ?
