I went to the Maryland Black Ice camp this weekend and had a great time. I learned a lot from the college coaches. Thank you to Maryland Black Ice Softball for putting this together, got in a lot of reps and enjoyed playing with some old teammates. Leah Kim 2028 Audrey Riley 2028

2nd tournament of the fall season was great! My team got to the semifinals going 4-1 overall. I had some diving catches at second and got to play some catcher! Also had some nice hits. Can’t wait to keep growing with this team!

Had a great time at Stars Day yesterday, learned a lot and received some invaluable feedback. Can’t wait to implement what I learned into my training and continue seeing those metrics climb. Stars Organization

Had a blast getting in a great workout today! Went rock climbing for 2 hours, great grip strength and arm workout! Getting stronger this off season, can’t wait for high school season to start up in March!

Finally had a day in the 50s and was able to get outside to practice! Focused on bat speed and whip with hitting and then worked on double play footwork along with arm slots at second. So excited for high school season!

Had a great lesson with AJ Avant this morning focusing on back shoulder rotation and attacking the ball out in front, then worked on arm path in my throw, long toss, and arm slots with fielding. Loving the awesome weather this week!

Went to Duke Softball camp and learned so much about their program and team philosophy! I received some great feedback about the timing of the footwork when fielding grounders and can’t wait to put it into practice! Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great team practice yesterday with Stars McQueeney, then got in some extra reps with Ivy Jones 2029 and Vera Lawhorne. Also got in a solid lift after the practices, getting stronger even with school starting up!
