A fabulous assembly today by journalist, writer, and alumnus, Ismail Einashe Ismail Einashe. His own story and analysis of migration and whose stories are told held the audience spellbound. Great questions from the floor as well. Check out his latest book, Look Again: Strangers.

Maths teachers, I'd love to know what learning strategies you encourage students to use to help them progress their learning, i.e. methods they take ownership of. For example, other subjects might promote brain dumps, knowledge maps, Cornell notes, flashcards etc. Craig Barton
