The #ESCCongress2024 did not disappoint. Take home messages from the final day in London: AI needs to be used with caution, there is SO much still to learn about lipids (and new agents to target) and valuable RCTs that can change practice. So long London!

September got off to a busy start with travel & conferences but NEVER too busy to fit in 30 mins of movement. Kicked it off walking 25k steps/day around ESC & London 😮‍💨 but today firmly back on home soil with an evening walk. #JumpIn (📸 by mini-me, both wearing our JumpIn socks)
