NEW: We won a $6.8 million judgment against a DC slumlord with over 8,700 housing and lead violations. Tenants in Ward 4 and Ward 8 who endured appalling conditions for years were awarded full rent refunds. This is one of the largest housing conditions judgments in DC history.
