Disenfranchising 22,000 voters by refusing to let Rep. Tabke take his seat in the MN Legislature is wrong. Shakopee voters elected Brad on election night. It was confirmed during a recount — and in a court ruling.  R’s need to respect the election results and let him serve.

Democrats have offered that Republicans run the Minnesota House, with Lisa Demuth as Speaker and Republicans chairing committees. In return, we've asked them to honor the will of the voters, by seating Rep. Tabke and governing under shared power if we return to a 67-67 tie.

In likely the biggest protest ever, 1000s across MN turn out to fight for democracy, which I’ll add means fighting for the freedom of the press. The state’s largest newspaper barely mentions it. Do your job The Minnesota Star Tribune. Report on the most consequential things happening in MN.
