Happy Earth Day! This annual event on April 22 is to demonstrate support for environmental protection. Join us on Thursday and Friday for our very first plant swap! 🪴

🌱Plant Swap Success! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our incredible Plant Swap to celebrate Earth Day! 🌎 The event was buzzing with excitement as participants explored a wide variety of plants—from lush succulents to vibrant herbs and everything in between. 😍🌿🌺

Today, we had a Book Tasting activity with one of our ESL classes and our last Lunch & Learn for teachers. I didn’t get to take everyone’s pictures but it’s so heartwarming to have so many programs for our learning community! 📚

We celebrated our amazing Senior Student Assistants today!🎉 These dedicated students have been the backbone of our library, tirelessly running errands, working on Chromebooks, shelving books & handling countless other tasks with enthusiasm & efficiency. Thank you & Congrats!🐯🎓

As we wrap up another school year 🎉, we wanted to share our library’s stats. It’s been a year full of learning, exploration & reading— we couldn’t have done it without our patrons! We hope your summer is filled with sunshine, rest, & plenty of time to dive into amazing books!📚

The Statue of Liberty arrived in NYC on this day 140 years ago, disassembled into 350 pieces. It was reassembled & erected on its pedestal the next year. These images in the Library's Prints and Photographs Division show pieces of the statue while it was still being made.

I love using Canva to create flyers and other promotional items! We've been using Canva for over two years, but this is our Canvaversary with the new educator's account!

Excited to learn new things about technology in the School Libraries with @tcea!

The library was buzzing with excitement this week as we hosted several kickoff events to welcome new faces to our campus community! 💻Our New Librarian KAMS Training 🍎New Teacher Orientation 🐾We were also a stop during the Freshman Orientation tour!

We are excited to see our Tigers tomorrow! Make the 25-26 school year your best year yet! 🐯

We loved seeing so many smiling students when we first opened the library doors! And our favorite part was checking out books to students! 😍 This was the first check out of the school year. Enjoy the new books! 📚

💻 What a week! We supported over 200 students with tech troubles—from password resets to damaged devices. Grateful to be past the busiest stretch and excited to focus on our regular library programs! 📚

We had a happy and busy morning in the library! I love watching students excited to see their friends when we first open our doors: some play a quick Uno game, others print assignments, and some check out books or use our Makerspaces! We’re also happy to wear our team shirts 😀

Last week, our most popular Makerspaces was the backpack charm station. 🐾 We also polled students about popular movies and the man of steel won! 📊

We had an exciting time hosting a presentation by the TCU representative! Our Seniors are starting to show interest in different universities! 🐯🎓

The first puzzle of this school year was completed a few days ago. This beautiful puzzle took about six days for students to assemble during passing periods, enrichment, & lunch breaks. We love watching how the library community puzzles get put together during student breaks.🧩
