Dr. Kaustuv served as a #jury member for the 9th #SmartCity Award and facilitated a session with the CEOs of #smartcities Ranchi, New Kolkata, Imphal & Srinagar, discussing the achievements & successes of these innovative #urban initiatives.

It's painfully revealing from an interaction with the CSOs in Jharkhand that many find it difficult to ensure minimum wages for their workers when implementing govt schemes that allocate wages below MGNREGA wages. This needs to change & immediately. PRIA India VANI
