Put a bunch of ER docs in congress. I can’t think of a group better able to wheedle, beg, convince, threaten, manipulate, and occasionally gaslight reluctant colleagues into doing their jobs. Every session will be short because we got bored. Everybody wins.

Best parallel I can think of is if we tried to invade Canada because we thought Vancouver was basically ours, the entire US military got tied up in the forest, then Blackwater turned on us and started heading towards DC overnight, except Blackwater was financed by Rachael Ray.
