Brilliant results from Hywel Dda UHB 💊 Treating uncomplicated UTIs in local pharmacies saved over 1,300 GP appointments in 2022. That's quicker access for patients and less strain on the NHS. Imagine this across Wales? Potential for 10k+ saved appointments and £285k+ savings.

Even better than that! Brought into national commissioning June last year- delivered 12k consultations in those 10 months with approx 50% pharmacies delivering. Becomes mandatory part of common ailments from October. CP showing immense value, future funding needs to support.
