Gabrieli Roar, a choral training programme that allows young singers to perform alongside professional musicians, has announced an award of £1 million from the Vinehill Trust. The award will help them introduce 30,000 young people to choral singing over the next five years. ❤️

We’re singing ‘The Ballad of Reading Gaol’ (Alan Ridout) in 2 weeks in our ‘Winds of Change’ concert on 29 June in Knaresborough. Can’t wait to sing with the Yorkshire Wind Orchestra too! It’s going to be an exciting night, also John Rutter, Vaughan Williams, Anderson and Elgar!
