Many thanks to friends who sent us messages and good wishes on the occasion of our Wedding Anniversary, which we spent in London. We even managed to meet up with our dear friend Sandy Sano, Joint Chair and Founder of the Sakura Cherry Tree Project in the UK.

Off to the Embassy of Japan for a reception to mark the half way point of the year of Wales and Japan 2025. Looking forward to meeting up with so many people that do so much for Welsh and Japanese relations.

As Honorary Consul of Japan in Wales, I would like to wish both teams the very best of luck this weekend. I also fondly recall the visit earlier this year to the Stadium when Ambassador Hiroshi Suzuki took to the field, a wonderful moment reflecting friendship and goodwill.
