One final point, minimum construction of a new stadium is at least 2 years & that’s after the process of getting a new plan in place with a new local gov & getting the $ needed The reality is that while anything can happen, it’s REALLY hard to move a team even on a local level.

In this scenario if they were to decide to move, yes. But they would need Warren and Butler county to pony up significant $$$ for a brand new stadium which likely would require the Bengals to contribute even more $ which is unlikely

It was fun chatting with y’all about the Bengals and the stadium lease convo. If you have any more questions, be sure to keep them coming. Will try my best to get to them. And I hope this puts an end to some of the speculation out there on this topic!

Relocating an NFL team to a different city is even harder to do than changing the location of a home stadium locally. Need 24 of 32 votes from the NFL owners to vote in favor of relocating a franchise.
