A prayer on the death of Her Majesty The Queen.

Thank you Ma’am, for everything.

Our prayers are with the new King and Queen Consort on hearing of the death of Queen Elizabeth, a day of great loss. We mourn together with all the members of the Royal family at this passing of the second Elizabethan age. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Throughout her life the late Queen Elizabeth reflected our humanity back to us. Her humanity reminds us of ours. God our father, as we travel onwards, lift us from the depths of grief, come alongside us and give us your comfort and strength. Amen
